Impex SRL is a private company established in1997 with the goal of
facilitating the export of Romanian oilfield equipment to the The
focus on this market area was determined by the previous activity
and personal business contacts of the company management in the
above mentioned countries. During the period following the
establishing of the company, operations have been extended in
European and Asian markets. The
activity of the company is focused mainly towards international
commerce. The
following types of equipment, new and refurbished, are the basis
of the company’s trading operations: -
stationary and
mobile drilling and workover rigs; - component parts and spare parts for a/m rigs and equipment; -
blowout prevention
equipment; -
cementing units,
cementing pumps, well cementing equipment; - well head equipment; - tools for drilling, fishing and cementing jobs;
Along with the above mentioned equipment, the following
products are also in our company portfolio: -
specialized
firefighting and rescue equipment; -
transport means made
in the -
power units for rigs
and oilfield equipment.
The company has business contacts with the main Romanian
oilfield equipment manufacturers, with which our company actively
works with to adapt the products to the customer’s
specifications. Another
important part of our activity is represented by the business
relations with foreign oilfield equipment manufacturers, in order
to provide both completion parts for Romanian made equipment and
direct commercial activities. The
entire product range that our company offers is manufactured in
conformity with API and ISO standards and most products are
certified according to GOST R and
Rostehnadzor standards. Our
activities also include the import of materials, products and
technologies that Romanian companies are interested in. Commercial
activities materialize in sales contracts as well as participation
in international tenders, on our own or as authorized agents of
Romanian or foreign manufacturers. The
company employs experienced specialists in the field of oilfield
equipment and international commerce, which can accomplish foreign
language technical and commercial negotiation, execution of
various types of technical and trading operations as well as the
translation of technical and business materials from Romanian,
English and Russian. On
high complexity projects the company collaborates with recognized
experts in the area of oilfield equipment. Our
