CEMENTING AND FRACTURING UNITS

      The cementing and fracturing units are designed to perform both cementing and hydraulic fracturing operations, as well as other pumping operations required for well maintenance  

The cementing units can be delivered for maximum working pressures 350, 400, 500, 700 or 1050 bar .

For 350 bar working pressure cementing units the pump can be equipped with plungers or pistons and is driven using chasis engine power take off.

Cementing units 400, 500, 700 and 1050 bar working pressure can be equipped with one or two plungers cementing pumps, each driven form a diesel engine.

Driving of cementing pump from diesel engine is assured through a hydraulical transmission or a mechanical gear box

For both constructions engine and transmission controls are located on unit control panel

The cementing units can be offered in two alternatives.

-          Equipped with low stroke per minute (low input sfaft rpm speed) cementing pump which de not requires overcharging during functioning.

-          Equipped with high stroke per minute (high input sfaft rpm speed) cementing pump, which requires overcharging during functioning.
